If you wish for scrambled eggs, smoked salmon with a glass of champagne, you just need to ask and we can provide this for you. In the evening, dinner is possible. Please let us know in the morning at breakfast.

The local dishes are varied, surprising and delicious....foie gras, confit de canard, accompanied by the sweet wines of the local Jurançon region, eaten in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the castle.
